Nurbek Aibashov is an entrepreneur, film producer, and philanthropist who founded the Aibashov Group, a holding company consisting of four firms. He is a visionary self-starter and thought leader with a background in administration who passionately supports innovative initiatives that integrate simple and convenient solutions to simplify people's lives.

During his junior high school years, he displayed his entrepreneurial and resourceful spirit by playing the candy wrapper game and earning his first money through selling collected wrappers to other children. As he grew older and gained more experience, Nurbek ventured into different fields and gained working expertise in diverse industries.

In 2010, after traveling to the USA and expanding his knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, he founded a Clean Water company that sells and services household water filters. Two years later, he created the Amanat film company and produced the highly successful film "Salam, New York" directed by Ruslan Akun, which tells the story of a young man who, having arrived in New York from Kyrgyzstan, goes through a difficult path from a poor dishwasher to an employee of a large law firm. Nurbek is also the producer of other highly successful Kyrgyz films such as Finding Mother 1 and Finding Mother 2 and Kok-Bөru/Time of the Persistent. The film Finding Mother 1 received the Tulpar Award from the Eurasian International Film Festival in 2017.

In 2021, Nurbek created Pena company, a modern network of self-service car washes in Kyrgyzstan, which currently operates five car washes. The company has been highly appreciated and attracted an investment of 1 million USD in 2022. The franchise program offered by Pena includes an integrated approach, starting from the selection of a land plot, obtaining a full package of documents, design, construction, and management of a car wash. The company plans to expand into the markets of Central Asia.

Nurbek is also the founder of the Tema self-service car wash network.
